Dear reader: what do you want to know about sustainable farming?

.......and more specifically, what would you like to know as it pertains to meat?

  1. This should be an easy one.

    Beef in the US is feed all sorts of things that maybe I'd rather not know about. But also antibiotics and growth hormones.

    On a smaller farm what do you do instead of all of that? That is, what do the animals eat? Why is that better for them and thus me?

    Why do company animals get antibiotics and your's don't? Those that make your animals more susceptible to disease?
